For the past thirty years I have focused on working with people.
I transferred a large part of them as an employee in companies, in various management positions
(Head of Customer Service at a software company, VP at an import and marketing company and VP at the company in New York).

Along with studying "Management and Political Science", I felt that the academic framework provided me with what I was looking for and did not prepare me for the areas in which I wanted to focus.

Two areas in which I have specialized in the last fifteen years are "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" (Stephen Koby) and "Learning Organization" (Peter Sangi) - how to put them into practice and how to bring them into organizational culture to become part of organizational DNA .

Over the years I have sharpened the feeling that alongside all the managerial (and other) theories that provide a solution to many problems, something big is still missing. Excellent people, excellent managers and yet something does not work as everyone expects it to work.

Years of work, experience and wonderful teachers, have allowed me to begin to notice a missing link: the way we relate to the team, to the connection between people, not just the individuals in our organization. There is a lot of gold in this place, there is a huge lever for change, but we are missing a world and its fullness.

This work in an organizational setting is innovative, challenging and reveals many organizational layers that have not been exposed to date, so it was also not possible to address them and give them the attention they deserve.

I would be very happy to give from the vast experience I have gained, also in your organization.

Therefore, in my work with organizations, I focus on this dimension, a large and extensive dimension, in which there are many insights about the problems and 'crashes' of organizations today, in which there are also enormous possibilities for organizations.
