Riddle: You are on a bus moving up the street, and suddenly you find that it is slowly starting to f

Who has the highest (possible) chance of saving the situation?

- For passengers?

- To the driver?

- For drivers in nearby vehicles?

- For neighbors looking from the balcony?

Answer:

The driver has the highest chance (assuming there is broad agreement 😀)

For the passenger, with great resourcefulness, in case he jumps from the passenger position and takes the driver's position (requires thinking for a few seconds? 😁)

And the question to you - are you in the passenger mentality, or in the driver mentality? ...

In what mentality were you, for example, at the last team meeting? At the last project meeting?

At any given moment, the choice is ours.

At any given moment we can examine reality through either of the two possibilities.

Driver's mentality:

✔ What can I do right now?

✔ What can I influence?

✔ How can I help?

✔ What can I lead?

Passenger mentality:

✖ It's not my responsibility, it's theirs!

✖ The decision is not mine!

✖ I asked. They are not listening!

✖ What I say - will not help!

One thing is quite clear and will probably be agreed upon by all - no changes can be made from the passenger position!

There are always things that are not under our influence.

👈 But at any given moment at least one thing can be found that is yes. 👉

Tip: Always strive to look for the driver's position

(Hint: it is also worth recognizing that we "chose" the passenger's position)
