Managers - DIG deeper. Much deeper!

In Hebrew, we say "You dig too much, stop digging". No one is too happy to "earn" the hashtag 'DIGGER'.

And I say: DIG deeper (much deeper).

However, in a totally different context.

If you consider yourself to be a leader who leads others, you may want to consider those three leadership attributes. They work like magic, once instilled in the culture of your organization, department, team, etc.

D - have š——š—¶š—“š—»š—¶š˜š˜†. Respect everybody, no matter what your opinion of them. No matter how low your professional credit of them might be. EVERYBODY deserves to be treated with Dignity.

I - make sure you keep š—œš—»š˜š—²š—“š—暝—¶š˜š˜† intact. It is said that the word originated from integration between many words that together encapsulate its essence. I suggest, it also needs to be integrated in all aspects of life.

G - have š—šš—暝—®š—°š—². Be kind, compassionate, maintain courteous goodwill. it doesn't mean you have to play it nice at all costs. If a harsh feedback is due, have the Dignity to provide it, quickly as you can. Yet, make sure to deliver it with Grace and positive intention/attitude.

So, if you consider yourself a leader - DIG much deeper!!!
