"Who you are - shouting so loudly, I can't hear what you're asking to say, "***

(Ralph Waldo Emerson)

Sometimes, it is really important for us to transmit messages and it is important for us to make sure that the other side perceives them in the way we experience them.

But more than once (recommendation: check your frequency), precisely out of our strong desire to convey the message, we do not feel that the way we convey it makes it very difficult to get through the distilled message.

🔅 we're ecstatic, but *too*

🔅 we're doomed, but *too*

🔅 we insist, but *too*

(and yes, sometimes we even really *scream," without too much)

And without realizing it, the message - which is often our important 'I believe' - is the thing that really matters to us that the other receives, feels, connects, opens up - precisely this message does not pass. But what does go through, with high intensity, are the 'noises' we dress on the message.

How do you make a difference?

First of all we must recognize the noises we make! (Want to know how? Talk to me!)

(It is important to remember that we have a noise factory and there are a wide variety of types, strengths and shades.)

👈 my tip - aim to minimize the noise intensity 👉

Focus on the message, speak it quietly, simply, use simple words.

The quiet and simplicity actually greatly enhance the intensity of the message, the distilled, the important, that you have to convey.

Good luck!
